We welcome you to enjoy our three bedroom townhouse while we are away! With a small backyard and outdoor entertaining, there is more than enough space for a group of friends or a family. A 10 minute walk to Yarraville village means you won’t have to go anywhere else! With the Sun Theatre and fantastic dining options at your fingertips. We are also just a short 5 min drive to Scienceworks or Grazeland, and with Williamstown beach 10 minute drive away the best of the west is at your doorstep! The space Walk into the living space and through to the open kitchen and dining which flows into a courtyard that gets afternoon sun with casual seating and portable speaker for you to use. Three bedrooms (all queen beds with air conditioning) and a bathroom upstairs and a powder room downstairs. Laundry with a washing machine and clothes rack. Heating/cooling in every room, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, Smart TV with Netflix Secure fencing and parking for two cars. Guest access Key pick up from a lockbox so you can check in and check out at your convenience. Two garage parks, two on street parking. Other things to note While we are kid friendly, there has been no child proofing so this may not be suitable for every family. Dogs more than welcome with a kennel and crate available for use. We ask if your dogs like the couch as much as we do that you use the covers provided. We are on quite a busy road, however the double glazed windows block out a lot of the noise. You can hear the traffic in the backyard and you can also hear it inside at peak times mid-week when the doors or windows are open.
