On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a bright living room with a kitchenette, a convivial space to relax after a day spent between the sea and the hills. The fireplace adds an intimate touch on cooler evenings, while the fully equipped kitchen – featuring a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle, and Dolcegusto coffee machine – allows you to easily prepare slow breakfasts or dinners to share. Also on the ground floor is a full bathroom, convenient and functional. Moving up to the first floor, there are two cozy and quiet attic double bedrooms, illuminated by large windows that offer breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside. Here, waking up is accompanied by natural light and the sensation of being immersed in the Tuscan landscape. A second half-bath is available on the same floor, ideal for ensuring greater privacy and comfort during your stay. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure maximum comfort throughout the year. Outside, a private furnished patio becomes the ideal spot for an al fresco breakfast, a sunset aperitif, or simply to enjoy the peace and scents of the countryside. The reserved parking area is located about one hundred meters from the apartment, along the property's internal road. Upon arrival, you may drive up to the entrance to unload your luggage before parking in the designated area. An electric vehicle charging station is also available, ensuring a stay that is mindful of sustainability. Within the Podere, there is also a laundry room, which guests are free to use for a small additional fee. Podere Bagnoli is immersed in greenery and easily accessible via a well-maintained unpaved road, suitable for any vehicle at a moderate speed. Only in the event of sudden rainfall – which is rare in summer – might the road temporarily become a bit more uneven, but the journey remains simple and pleasant. Other things to note For an even more pleasant awakening, you can request breakfast served directly to your apartment by 10:00 AM, delivered in a practical basket to be enjoyed in total relaxation. Two options are available: Sweet Breakfast (€10 per person/day): including coffee, fresh milk, fruit juice, bread, butter and jam, croissants, biscuits, yogurt, fresh fruit, and cereal. Savory Breakfast (€15 per person/day): including local cold cuts, cheeses and bread, coffee, fresh milk, and fruit juice. Reservations are required by 1:00 PM the previous day.
