There is no access to the apartment through the main house. Your entrance is located via the backyard and you can access it using the side gate which is unlocked. As you walk into the apartment you will find a fully equipped kitchen and a dining/living room space. A door separates the kitchen and living space from the bedroom. The bathroom is located just outside the bedroom for your convenience. You will find a split AC and TV in the bedroom. Because the AC unit is large, it has the ability to cool down the entire apartment when the bedroom door is open. Guest access Patio and backyard including the pool. These two areas are a shared space. Other things to note Scheduled cleaning services are included for a fee. Laundry service and or washing machine is not included. If washing is needed, there is a laundrymat located in Tamarindo Beach. Outside visitors are not allowed. Scheduled maid service is included at an extra cost.
