The space We're nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood in the mountains just 15 minutes (7 miles) from downtown Glenwood Springs. Your studio suite is its own private space with its own entrance located on the bottom floor of our family's home. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini fridge and freezer, microwave, hot plate, french press, tea kettle, and all the essential pots, pans, and other cooking utensils, allowing you to cook up your own favorite dishes. The bathroom includes a nice deep bathtub, so you can soak your tired legs after a long day of skiing or hiking. We do not use air fresheners or strongly scented cleaning products in the space, maintaining a scent-free environment. Guest access With the suite being a private space on the lower level of the house, you'll have access to your suite and the lower patio and lawn space directly outside of the suite. Other things to note **Important Note: We have a long, steep driveway, so all-wheel drive is highly recommended in the winter depending on weather conditions. The guest suite is a unit on the lower level of our family home. We are a small family with a 1-year-old. You can expect the house to be quiet during the quiet hours 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Outside of those times, we still do our absolute best to be quiet and have implemented soundproofing strategies to keep your suite as quiet as possible. All this being said, you may hear the occasional pitter-patter of scurring toddler feet above you during the day. Scent-Free Environment: Since we strive to maintain a scent-free environment, we ask that you please refrain from using any perfumes, colognes, body scents, or scented body lotions during your stay.
