This is an excellent option for getting around, too! ☆☆Interaction with Guests☆☆ We are here for you during your stay as needed - only a phone call or message away. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival. If you have questions or need anything during your visit, please contact us directly through the app for the most efficient service. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through Airbnb before, during, or after your stay. ☆☆ PRICING ☆☆ Our base rate is for the first 4 guests; each additional guest after 4 is an additional $30 per person per night. This pricing structure allows us to accommodate different size groups fairly while maintaining associated soft costs. The home is prepared and stocked to accommodate the number of guests on the reservation. We will gladly work with you if changes are required after the reservation is made and before check-in. Pricing is strictly enforced, and failure to accurately account for additional guests may result in additional fees or termination of your reservation. Other things to note Other Things to Note Parties: This home is in a residential area on a quiet street, and respecting the neighbors is the most important rule. Parties and gatherings may not disturb the neighbors, who have been asked to notify us if this rule is broken. Parties that are excessively loud or disruptive will be shut down immediately. If you are unsure if your group fits this description, please reach out to ask, and we will be happy to help. Additional cleaning and/or disruption costs may be incurred for parties at the owner's discretion. Pets: All pets must be listed on the reservation when booking. Please indicate the number/type of pets that will be joining your during your stay. All pets must be housebroken, stay off the furniture/beds, and may not be left alone in the home or outside. Please pick up all pet poo - bags are provided at the house for your use. Failure to report pets or clean up after them may result in additional fees. Ring Doorbell/Camera: So that you know, we have a ring doorbell on the front door and a camera on the front of the house. We do not actively monitor these cameras and only use them as protection for our home. Smoking: Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside, which will result in a minimum fine of $500. Smoking fees will be assessed at the owner's discretion. You are welcome to step onto the back patio and enjoy.
