This 5 bedroom home is the perfect spot to meet with friends or family to enjoy Northern Nevada. The house is centrally located in Reno and short drives to nearby to Tahoe, Virginia City, Carson City, Truckee, Genoa and other gems of the area. Enjoy the hot Nevada sun or ski in the snowy mountains. There is plenty of space for everyone to come together during downtime. The house overlooks the city with beautiful views in a private backyard setting. Each room is themed in a Nevada way. The space There are 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom. 2 bedrooms have a queen bed. 1 bedroom has a double bed. The 5th bedroom, has a barn door and has a double daybed with a twin pull out bed underneath on wheels. This room also has a toddler bed set up in the closet as a kid nook. The living room, dining room, and kitchen are all together in the front of the house to gather. The house is single story. The back yard is fully fenced, and backs up to state owned land, and has views of downtown Reno, and looks east at the mountains so you can watch beautiful sunrises. It is a nice relaxing space with privacy. The garage has games in it for an extra hangout space along with a table and couch. During the Reno Great Air Balloon races, you can wake up, sip coffee, and watch the balloons rise from the back yard! Guest access The entire home is part of the rental. Entry is a keypad where code is issued for your stay.
