The space The pleasure of welcoming, the charm of the mountains, the fresh air and the fresh water led us to share the healthy life of the countryside. Then came ALLOGGIO FILARDI; a family guesthouse, surrounded by the most varied greenery, at an altitude of more than 1,400 m, with stunning views, where a large wooden chalet offers spacious and comfortable suites, living rooms with fireplace, game rooms and TV, library, in addition to the charming restaurant, supplied by locally manufactured products and the certified organic garden. The peace and quiet of Serra da Mantiqueira invite you to enjoy an open-air hot tub and hammocks on the deck of the inn. Experience the tranquility and energy of the mountains of Southern Minas... through the windows see the clouds at your feet, the sun rising behind the mountains and warming the dew in the fields! In winter you can experience frost and very cold temperatures, even below zero degrees! The nights are extremely starry, and the days are sunny and blue, despite the refreshing breeze. Guest access In the outdoor living space, with a barbecue and pizza oven, visitors can relax in the dry sauna and take a cold shower after resting under the strong mountain sun. For visitors who want to know the routine of a farm, it is possible to visit rural spaces, such as animal corral (cows, sheep and pigs), chicken coop, vegetable gardens and greenhouse with organic food plantations. During your stay We live in the guesthouse, so we are always available to visitors, including with guidance on tours. Our basic lodging system is HALF BOARD (or full board, to be agreed upon) including a hearty breakfast and a tasty lighter dinner. Extra lunches cost $60/person, including desserts. We have several types of beverages for guests to consume (soft drinks, beers and wines), which are charged separately at check-out. Other things to note You can also enjoy carriage rides or walking inside the farm, or in 4x4 vehicles around the region (charged separately). There are several hiking trails within the preserved forests, with the possibility of encountering some of the wild animals that live here. Some lead to the local streams and waterfalls, which are very pleasant, allowing you to enjoy cold baths on hot days!
