Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés. The space The gîte is fully equipped for your comfort. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with TV. It has a door out onto a covered patio providing shade from the heat of the day. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast space and a dinning room which leads out to the patio with table and chairs under a superb walnut tree for outside dining or relaxing. There is also a laundry room with toilet. Upstairs there is a bedroom with au double bed and a family room with au double bed and a single bed. If you wish there is also a cot. There is a mezzanine space with large wardrobe, an elliptic cycle and sitting area with a sofa bed There is a spacious shower room with toilet and wash hand basin Guest access You have all the facilities of this charming and spacious house entirely to yourself. Other things to note -The house is built with stone so stays cool in summer but if you need to lower the temperature a little more, there are three fans and a very efficient mobile air conditioning unit for your conmfort - This is non-smoking gîte. -Please be aware that a deposit of €200 or £200 is payable upon your arrival and returned to you when you leave. I respectfully request you leave the accommodation clean and tidy. - There is a cleaning fee of €70 payable to the owner before you leave.
