No Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 6. Boat launch & trailer parking fee are paid upon arrival at the resort's front desk. 7. Parking passes must be purchased upon arrival (limit 2). 8. The fee that Airbnb has listed as a “Cleaning Fee” actually includes the fee for Damage Waiver protection that we provide you plus the Booking Fee for this property. 9. Right to Enter: We reserve the right to enter the property for necessary inspections, repairs, or maintenance as outlined in the rental agreement, and in cases where we receive reports of disturbances or policy violations. Efforts will be made to notify guests in advance when possible. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
