Stylish and unique accommodation is located on the southern border of the Inner City at Rožmberská Street No. 88 with a beautiful view of the historical center of Český Krumlov. The house dates back to 1829 and has been completely renovated. The studio on the 1st floor is equipped with a double bed, bedside tables, dining table, chairs, equipped kitchenette and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Of course, there is bed linen and a towel with a bath towel. The city center is a 7-minute walk away. As soon as you arrive at our accommodation Pětidomí 88 - Rožmberská (the first house from the bottom with a yellow facade) you will find two brown boxes in the area of the main entrance door. Open the bottom one and you'll find the key boxes. Depending on your room number, you will pick up your apartment key after entering the code. We will give you the code on the day of arrival by phone or whatsapp. Please always lock the main entrance door whether you go in or out. Thank you. Parking Parking is possible directly in front of the house according to the current occupancy or in the vicinity within 3 minutes walk from the house. Secure parking in front of the house is not part of the accommodation price. Parties or events are prohibited due to other guests. Commercial photography and video recording are not permitted. Smoke detectors and fire extinguishers installed in each studio. Before departure: Please - turn off appliances including the refrigerator (unplug them from the kitchen counter) - turn off the lights, including the hood, and close all windows - lock the studio (apartment) and the house - return the keys to the keybox and scatter the code so that it is unidentifiable to unwanted persons Camera system: Our accommodation has a camera system only in the common areas. Security cameras also monitor movement around the house. You can find all this information in your accommodation.
