Bobby's Villa is a private apartment situated in Paringao, Bauang, La Union. The Villa is located right next to Go Resort. Bobby's Villa boast a beach front view perfect for sunset views! The entire home is perfect for families or small group of adults wanting a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Bobby's Villa is a private apartment. No affiliation with Go Resort but our guests are more than welcome to access the resort's resources (i.e. pool and restaurant) in accordance to the resort's fees. The space You will be renting the entire villa which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The living and kitchen area has windows all around for natural light and ocean view. You will have access to Wi-Fi and a flat screen television for those evening you wish to Netflix and Chill. Condiments, tea, coffee and some bathroom items supplied. Water dispenser/filtered water is also provided. Guest access You will be renting the entire Villa. This is a private apartment situated next to a resort we DO NOT have affiliation with. Guests may wish to access Go Resort's amenities according to their fees. Guest may wish to dine at Go Resort's restaurants. Swimming pool fees are stated to be PHP 150/pp/Adult and PHP 100/pp/child Alternatively, there are a number of other resorts and restaurants within walking distance or a short tricycle ride away. Other things to note Please refer to the photo section in terms of beach access. We would like to kindly inform you that the local government has commenced coastal restoration works to help restore the beach, as sand erosion over the years and recent typhoons have significantly impacted the shoreline. Some construction activity is currently taking place nearby, and we’ve attached photos for your reference. Swimming is still possible; however, we advise extra caution due to the presence of rocks along the shore. Noise levels are generally minimal when inside the property, though they may be more noticeable if you are dining at nearby restaurants during the day. We have been advised that the works are expected to take approximately 3-4 weeks from January 2026, however, please note that this timeframe cannot be guaranteed.
