The space Beach Haven studio is a very spacious, sunny, 80 square metre self catering apartment, a separate unit of the Beach Haven Guest House. Glencairn beach is across the road, access is under the bridge or across the road. It offers a tidal pool, good surfing and swimming and very popular among kite surfers. Access to the apartment is via the back of the main property, up a few stairs, leading to an outdoor deck area, a private space. A well equipped kitchen with microwave, two plate ceramic hob, air fryer, and all necessary appliances is provided. The bedroom, lounge, dinning area and dressing room areas are open plan. The bed is a double bed with superior cotton linen. A separate large bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and basin leads off the main room. And of course the breathtaking ocean and mountain view’s are enjoyed through the two large, glass sliding doors that allow the sea breeze in. There’s an outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach. Glencairn road, where the property is situated is a cul de sac with 3 restaurants, a hotel, two bars, a yoga centre and a surf shop all within a few steps away. A few steps lead to the house. Entrance into the apartment is around the back of the property which is lit with solar lanterns for evenings. Other things to note Beach Haven is situated 35km from Cape Town City centre. For stays longer than 7 days the apartment will be cleaned weekly at an additional cost of R350 per week which must be settled via Airbnb before departure, or on booking. While we are not experiencing power cuts presently please note that there is no inverter at this property therefore there is no electricity during loadshedding. Rechargeable lights are supplied that can also charge your phone. The restaurant, Eat, Surf, Yoga, is a 100 metres away and has WiFi during loadshedding.
