Property’s name is Serenity Rincon Guesthouse. We are posted on Google maps. Common areas are shared with other guests. All rooms have private entrance and bathroom. Please contact us with any questions or concerns through Airbnb inbox. Some rooms are pet friendly. There is a pet fee. We have limited spaces so changes of room upon arrival are not possible. Property is not beach front, we are close to the beach, places of interest, and many restaurants. We have a non-visitor policy. Only registered guests are allowed to enter room or use facilities. Payments for this reservation are handled through Airbnb, we cannot cancel, refund, or change your reservation. We are on site daytime hours in case you need assistance. There are no cameras inside the room. We check all elements, document, and take pictures of the room minutes before you access the room. Please communicate through inbox if you need assistance as soon as you arrive. Common areas include 2 pools, comfortable sitting, free self-parking spaces in open areas, outside sitting, beautiful Caribbean scenery, security cameras for your safety and many stairs. Wi-Fi.
