Quiet basement room and backyard

This location is great! 1 room in a ground floor large clean, 3 bed, 2 bath w private back patio & 1 dog. Full size loft bed w 42" TV, desk, dresser and closet. The room is small, quiet, and private. We have 2 floors in this nice big apartment that you will share with 1 couple, a tech guy, and a dog who hangs out in the backyard. The backyard is the best!, complete with barbecue, fire pit, seating, plants and bug zappers. There is a bathroom on each level with the one shower/tub and one bidet!
