Primary bedroom downstairs with king bed and private full bath. Guest bedroom downstairs with queen bed and shared full bath. Upstairs queen bed and 2 twin beds with half-bath. Sun Room has sleeper sofa that converts to Queen bed with curtain that can be drawn for privacy. Other things to note We allow for up to 2 dogs (no cats) with a limit of 25 pounds
