The vacation home offers a total of 3 bedrooms (one with bunk beds and two with double beds), 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet and a spacious living and dining area with a state-of-the-art and fully equipped kitchen. From the living room you can enjoy an unobstructed view of the garden. All these rooms are on one level and offer a total of 105 m² of living space. The location of the vacation home is extremely convenient, as it is not far from shopping centers, attractions and of course Lake Constance itself. Experience a comfortable and relaxing stay in this modern vacation home and take advantage of the proximity to the amenities and attractions of the region, especially the picturesque Lake Constance. Friedrichshafen is also home to numerous cultural attractions, including the Graf Zeppelin House, an event center, and Friedrichshafen Castle, which is located on the shores of Lake Constance. The city also offers a variety of restaurants, cafes and shopping for visitors.
