The space This remodeled, 1100 sq. ft., 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property has been decorated with midcentury modern furnishings making a bright and cheery space that comfortably sleeps 6 people, 2 dogs (maximum, no cats). The 2-story, pet friendly townhome has a phenomenal location on a private road, surrounded by pine trees, and just a few blocks from Eagle Lodge, Canyon Lodge and the Village at Mammoth. The open living area feels grand with high vaulted ceilings, expansive south facing windows and sky lights, and new hardwood oak flooring throughout. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa, large flatscreen TV with basic cable and steaming/smart features, central heating and wood burning stove providing the perfect ambiance for all seasons. Off the main living area is a private patio to enjoy the fresh mountain air, with a free supply of firewood. The kitchen has been fully remodeled, with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you need to cook a nice meal. There is a dining room table with seating for 6, and breakfast bar seating for 3. Across from the kitchen is a designated workspace with a desk, chair, and lamp. The home has fast Wi-Fi for seamless remote work. The lighting in the home has all been updated to create a space that balances ambiance and functionality. There is a remodeled full bath on the upper level, with quartz countertop vanity, heated tile floors, and walk-in shower. Both bedrooms are located downstairs off the main entry. The first bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a twin sized trundle. It has a full-sized dresser for clothing space, flatscreen TV with smart features, and a sliding glass door with access to a private patio. In the closet are private in-unit laundry with stackable washer/dryer. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed with a twin trundle, and a full-sized bed. This room also has a full-sized dresser and flatscreen TV with smart features. In the hallway off the two bedrooms is a full bathroom, remodeled, with large quartz countertop, heated tile floors, and tub/shower. We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, laundry detergent, firewood, fire starter and matches. Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourselves. There are 2 parking passes permitted for this property. 1 parking space is located off Kelly Rd., parking for a second car permitted in overflow parking off of Lake Mary Rd. Please ensure parking passes are visible in your vehicle. There is an enclosed patio to the left of the entryway, perfect for storing all gear and equipment. Other things to note Pet Rules/Information: - Dogs are allowed - no cats. - Dogs not allowed on the furniture. - Dogs should never be left alone, please use a crate if you need to leave them alone. You will be responsible for any damages and/or noise complaints. - Always pick up after your pet, both on-site and around town. - All dogs must be on leash at all times while in city limits (per town ordinance).
