This apartment is ideal to stay with family or friends. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is located in the Decre Building in Tabaiba Baja, Tenerife. It is only 550 m walk from the beach of Tabaiba. It has restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and shops a few meters away. The apartment is furnished and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has internet, Smart TV, dishwasher, parking, community pool, and tennis court. The space This apartment of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is spacious and bright, with a decoration of boho chic minimalist style. The predominant colors are white, beige and brown, with touches of color in textiles and decoration. The living-dining room is the largest space in the apartment. It features a sofa, a dining table for six people, a flat-screen Smart TV and a brand new kitchen with a central island. The kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances such as an oven, microwave, fridge, hob and dishwasher. It also has a laundry area with washing machine and space for drying clothes. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The master bedroom has a double bed of 160x200, a wardrobe and an en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub and one has a double bed of 160x200 and the other a nest bed of 90x200. The modern and functional bathrooms have a hairdryer. The floors are wooden in the living room and bedrooms, and tiled in the bathrooms. The walls are painted white in most spaces. The furniture is minimalist boho chic style, with simple lines. The textiles are light-colored and printed. The decoration includes elements such as plants and wicker objects. Guest access The building's common areas include a community pool and a tennis court, perfect for relaxing and staying active during your stay. The apartment will be exclusively available to guests during their stay. To ensure efficient cleaning and logistics, we will adapt the bedrooms based on the number of people in the reservation. If the reservation is for one person or a couple, the master bedroom will be available. For reservations of more than two people, please let us know which bedrooms you prefer. If you need more space for work or other reasons, feel free to consult us about your specific needs. Other things to note The parking space is suitable for small or medium vehicles, in case of large vehicles it must be taken into account that it may require skill to maneuver. People outside the reservation are not allowed access to the apartment or the facilities of the residential complex, non-compliance with this rule may lead to cancellation of your booking. For exceptions you can consult us, each individual case may be authorized after consultation. From 22:30 is not allowed to make noise on the terrace by regulation of the community of owners, you can be inside the floor, however you must respect the rest of the neighbors from this time.
