Yuri Big House is a family villa, located in a central area of Madeira Island, a few minutes from services, supermarkets and tourist attractions. Accommodating up to 6 people, this villa consists of three bedrooms, four bathrooms, one of which is social, a private garage, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with washer and dryer, a fantastic gym and outdoor space ideal for meals and relaxing moments at sunset. Other things to note The city council of Ribeira Brava, the municipality where our accommodation is located, has a tourist tax applied to all guests staying at all tourist developments and local accommodation establishments. This tourist tax is €2.00 per person/per night, up to a maximum of seven consecutive nights per person. The fee is applied to guests aged 13 (thirteen) and older, not including the day of the 13th birthday. Proof of age is provided by displaying an identification document or equivalent document showing the date of birth (this process will be done through online surveys). The maximum amount of the overnight stay fee only applies after seven consecutive nights in the same tourist development, up to a maximum of €14.00 (fourteen euros) per guest. Thus, we think the easiest way to pay this fee would be to leave the amount at the accommodation before you check out. Additional mandatory security requirement For security and compliance reasons, all registered guests must, without exception, send a photograph of their passport or ID.
