The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed. There is two (2) door wardrobe for clothes. Working table is also available which can also be use as vanity table. BATHROOM: Hot shower, towels, soap and shampoo are available. POOL ACCESS (OPTIONAL): Operating hours is from 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM except Monday due to weekly cleaning. Wear proper swimming attire. No Smoking 2. No Pets allowed 3. No illegal activities allowed 4. No hanging of clothes in the balcony. Violation Fee Php 1,000. 5. Do not throw tissues in the toilet bowl 6. Please keep the unit clean. 7. Please turn off the Aircon, TV and Lights when leaving the premises for an extended period. 8. Please keep your keys with you. Lost key has a replacement fee of PHP 3,000. 9. Please lock the door each time you leave the unit 10. Please take care of sheets and towels 11. Please take care of the furniture and appliances.
