The villa is 230 square meters (2475 square feet ). The villa is an independent property of three levels. With a small flight of stairs from the main entrance you have access into a beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, a large window and a terrace with amazing views. The dining room is also located in this same level together with a large and well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace. The space It has 4 bedrooms and a small living aerea who we can add a sigle bed, 4 bathroom , a large living room , a fitted kitchen with a dining table, air condizioned in all room and wifi access. You are at the center of the village with a grocery store and one restaurant at 100mt (330 feet). a sigle flight stairs take you to the stop of the bus to positano. (165 feet) yet you can find near a pharmacy, an atm and other restaurant . the closest beach (marina di Praia) at 2,5km. (1,5miles) Other things to note There will be a security deposit of 200 Euros which will be asked to the customer upon arrival and will be returned after inspection after the stay. 100 € for final cleaning. the city tax is 2 Euros per person per day for the first seven days, the days following will be of 1.40euros.
