Our favorite attraction of this property is definitely its proximity to the water, and being able to enjoy that without having to worry about children or pets escaping, the property is fully fenced. This gorgeous home is directly on the Susquehanna River at Long Level, offering fantastic views, perfect for families to gather or also great for friend groups, even small baby showers, or bridal showers. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck overlooking the expansive section of Long Level, where you will be able to experience the serenity of the waterfront experience! The views of the water are stunning whether you are watching summer storms roll in or get to experience the magic of a majestic frozen river in winter stays while cuddled in the living room with the fireplace keeping you cozy. During the summer we have a private dock so be sure to bring your boat or rent a pontoon + tube from the marina next door for a family vacation you will always remember. PLEASE NOTE: These sleeping areas can be used for adults, but most adults will not be able to stand up straight in the playhouse areas. The doors are also kid sized. The amazing detail of this playroom is, it is directly off of the kitchen and dining, so your children are close with glass doors stopping their joyful noise, and parents can enjoy the peace of lounging in the living room area and keep and eye on them! Your children will play for hours on the indoor jungle gym, slide, and with the kitchen and toys below. The Playhouse Bedroom offers two full beds on the bottom and a full and single bed on the top. We've added large seating area with a pull out sofa so there's sure to be plenty of space for your littles to spread out when it's time for bed. You'll also find a Smart TV and Infinity Game Table in the space. Your children will play endlessly on the game table, there are zero messes to clean up, and they are able to interact competitively with friends.😊 The other bonus about this room is, instead of sending your children to a basement play room, they have a large luxury space with a wall of windows for natural light and views of the water. There's a boys full bath and a girls full bath just off of this room for easy access for playing kiddos. And half a level down from the main floor of the main house. There is also a few private parking spots that belong to the home in the adjacent marina parking lot. --- We provide: -Bed and Bath Linens -Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash -2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom -8 KCups, 3 packs of ground coffee, and one canister whole beans for Breville Espresso Machine -Laundry detergent -Salt, pepper, and Oil. A few additional things you should know: -The TVs in the home are all Smart TVs so you can log into your own streaming apps. We do not provide subscriptions for these services. Guest access You have complete and exclusive access to the entire property. All the spaces are exclusively for guest use. Other things to note With its close proximity to the water it is super private, and you will feel like you are in your own little oasis. The road is behind the house, but the front is towards the river and totally private from the roadway. Fully fenced off from the road and the water, making it very safe for small children. Your reservation is for your guest number only, please communicate with host if you are not able to enter more than 16 guests. We do add $30. per person per night after 14 guests. Maximum of 16 adults. *Extra guest fee will need to be paid before check in. If you do have a host approved gathering where there are additional daytime guests coming to the property, there is an event fee starting at $250. per day. PLEASE NOTE: We do allow pets, they do have to be entered on the reservation. There is a $150. fee per pet. You must always pick up after them. Pets must be crated if left unattended. **For security reasons there are cameras on the property overlooking the parking/driveway area.
