Also downstairs has the large scullery with the usual kitchen appliances including a barista coffee machine and bean grinder for your choice of espresso to plunger coffee (beans provided). Guests can help themselves to the large choice of condiments, spices and kitchen essentials. A comfortable reclining couch in front of a huge smart TV with Netflix and another comfortable leather couch for relaxing is also in the main living area. A fully equipped utility, powder room and large linen cupboard with extra towels/beach towels and other house essentials for your use. For the more active guests there is a gym equipped with, rower, treadmill, spin bike, weights machine and free weights. You will find a mountain bike here for guests to cruise up and down the promenade and beyond along with boogie and skim boards to enjoy the Indian Ocean. The Master En-suite is on the ground floor with King Size bed, Walk in Robe and plenty of drawer space. A sliding door leads out to the outdoor Rattan relaxing area. The first floor offers three more good sized bedrooms also with plenty of wardrobe space all with queen beds. A further single bed could also be set up in one of the bedrooms. There is also a huge TV/Games Room with Netflix, plenty of books to read, board games and also a pool/table tennis and hockey table to have some family fun. There is a balcony off this room. A bathroom and separate toilet is also on the first floor. Guest access Guests will have full access to all of the house and garden areas to themselves.
