Room with a privileged location in a condominium with a large green area, close to the Imbui subway station, Extra supermarket, fitness centers, restaurants, banks and etc. On Saturdays, right on our doorstep, we have a fair with excellent and fresh products ranging from vegetables and fruits to seafood! The space The room is spacious, with furniture available for better accommodation of guests' luggage and equipment. It has a workspace, but also blackout curtains that ensure comfort in case of a nap that goes late. Ceiling fan and reading lamp are comfort items offered. Despite having a privileged, central location, the condominium offers a quiet environment and a feeling of peace and tranquility due to its vast area and green area, ensuring great rest... Wi-Fi is available in all spaces of the apartment. Guest access In addition to the bedroom, the guest will also have access to shared spaces such as the dining and living room, equipped kitchen and service area with washing machine and clothesline. The condominium also has a large green area, playground and sports court. During your stay Guests will have privacy. Face-to-face contact with the host will only be upon delivery and return of the keys, but we will always be available by WhatsApp or phone to meet any need and to give suggestions or answer questions about the city and/or the accommodation. However, it is a shared apartment and there will possibly be contact with other guests in the common areas. Other things to note This is a space with shared common areas. It's not possible to receive visitors.
