Quiet independent accommodation with its private entrance located in our house. Private parking space on the property. Bedroom with a double bed and its ensuite shower room + toilet. A large living room and kitchen with fridge, kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, induction stove and microwave entirely reserved for tenants. The accommodation also has a small private terrace. Check-in between 4pm and 7pm Checkout by 10 a.m. Maximum two people 🚭 no smoking ⛔️ Animals ⛔️ parties Guest access The space listed is in our house but is totally independent and with private access. Private parking located on the property You can reach me by message via airbnb or by phone. Living above the accommodation, I always welcome guests between 4pm and 7pm. If you need to check in after 7 p.m. (but never after 8 p.m.), please contact me BEFORE booking in order to get my agreement based on my availability. There's no self check-in.
