Independent house on two floors with 2 bathrooms in the heart of Fai della Paganella, surrounded by greenery and with spectacular views of the Paganella and the Dolomite mountains. Located next to the historic Piazza San Rocco, it is in a strategic position both for the ski slopes and for hiking such as the wonderful path to the "Cross" of Fai. The towns of Andalo and Molveno are 10 and 15 minutes away by car, respectively. Private parking and large bike/ski space. The space The accommodation is spacious, bright and has everything you need. On the ground floor there is the entrance, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, a storage room and a bathroom. On the first floor there is a double bedroom, a second bathroom, a living room with an open kitchen and a large terrace. On the ground floor there is also a separate room dedicated to the storage of bicycles and ski equipment. Outside there is a parking space in the courtyard and, if free, the possibility of a garage. Guest access The house is independent and has direct access through an internal courtyard. Guests, also depending on the number, can access all the rooms of the house, the large terrace, the garage (upon request, depending on availability) and the storage room. Other things to note For bookings with children up to 2 years old, there is the possibility (if available) of a camping cot at an additional cost of 10 per day or a folding bed at a cost of 30 euros per day.
