The space Attractive spacious divided open loft on the ground floor with spacious terrace and fully walled garden facing south/west. Seating area with 2x4and 1x2 seating as well as a sturdy ottoman equipped with a smart TV. 4 King-size beds (180x210) and 2 single beds with wardrobes. The beds are made on arrival, so you can immediately enjoy your carefree stay. Modern kitchen with spacious dining area equipped with large fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, grill/toaster, hand mixer, Senseo machine, kettle and extensive range of kitchen equipment + Bluetooth box. Cosy sitting area by the kitchen to make cooking extra cosy. Kitchen linen provided: 4 towels and 3 dishcloths. Modern bathroom with deep bath and rain/shower as well as a towel radiator for pre-heating towels. The following towels are provided for each guest: 1x large bath towel, 2 small towels and 3 flannels. If you would like more towels you can order them extra. Separate toilet equipped with 6 rolls of toilet paper per stay. "Small" but sufficiently spacious cellar as extra storage of materials during your stay. Spaciously furnished terrace with garden table and chairs as well as a lounger and, in summer, a Fatboy hammock. Because the garden is completely walled in, you can enjoy the sun outside from early spring onwards. BBQ OFYR 100cm diameter available on which you can cook culinary meals with friends or family around the fireplace. The house is located in the centre of the tourist village of Baarle-Nassau/Hertog (NL/BE) where borders are always visible. In the street are some places of interest as well as several within walking distance. Tourist office is 100m away. You are within walking distance of nice shops and supermarkets, various types of catering establishments, beer brewery, vineyard, Outdoor Baerle (fun outdoor activities and games, Farm shops and terraces, cycling & walking routes as well as beautiful nature reserves. Guest access A few days before your arrival, you will receive a code allowing you to open the key safe containing the keys that will allow you to access the property. Numerous special cycling and walking routes such as the enclave walk, smuggling route, Dodendraadroute, Hannebroekpad (Ommetje Noord), ... . On these above walking and cycling routes, you will regularly cross the border and perhaps experience what it was like to live as a smuggler in this area in history. Other things to note The holiday home is equipped for up to 10 people. Only the beds may be used to sleep on due to hygiene measures. It does not rent to groups of young people who cannot take their neighbours into account.
