A great room for a professional looking for a clean and quiet place to stay. This is a private room in a large single-story house, with common areas shared with a couple other professionals. The house has modest and tasteful furnishings. You'll have designated space in the kitchen, extra storage & driveway parking. The home is in a family-friendly neighborhood, centrally located in Yakima near popular parks, and a short drive to downtown, local hospitals, Agriculture Facilities, and Schools. The space The house is secured with exterior cameras, and accessed with a keyless coded door lock. Your private room has a locking door, and it is furnished with standard furnishings, a Full size mattress, as well as a small desk with a computer monitor/TV with Roku so you can access your streaming services. You'll have a designated driveway parking spot (with optional use of carport), cabinet space, and refrigerator/freezer space. Guest access You'll access the house from the front door, via a keyless coded door lock. The main living rooms, kitchen, laundry room, backyard and front yard will all be accessible to you. You'll have designated space in the kitchen cabinets/pantry, extra storage closet & driveway parking (with additional street parking). You'll receive a key to your private room for the duration of your stay. During your stay I'm available to help with anything you need throughout your stay. The best way to reach me is through the app as I spend about 50% of my time working remotely. Other things to note Who lives here? I (the owner) live in one of the bedrooms, I'm 36 years old, and work 50% remotely. I rent one of the other rooms to another single professional, and she is typically gone on the weekends. We keep the common shared areas clean together, and respect each other's designated private spaces as well as keep quiet hours at night. This room is available for you as a clean and respectful professional to enjoy during your stay in Yakima!
