Cozy house with Hot Tub & Fire Pit | 2 King Beds

Cozy waterfront home near downtown Lake Orion. The space Bedrooms: Both upstairs bedrooms have king sized beds. We do have a pack and play, if you need it! Bathrooms: The house has two full bathrooms. One is upstairs between the bedrooms and kitchen and it has a bathtub. The second is on the lower level and has a walk-in shower and a washer/dryer. Kitchen: The kitchen is stocked (pots and pans, blender, cookie sheets, cutting boards, etc.). We supply coffee and creamer, as well as oil and basic spices. Living Room & Dining Room: The living room and dining room have a beautiful view of the lake with seating for your whole group. Outdoor Space: We just added a big deck on the back of the house that is perfect for summer barbecues with the included grill (included seasonally, starting in the spring). We also have a paddle boat and kayaks for use on the lake. Please note: The house is on a main road that does sometimes get busy. Guest access Enjoy exclusive access to the entire house and its outdoor amenities. While garage parking is unavailable, the house accommodates parking for 3-4 vehicles. Other things to note Space: This is for 2 bedrooms. There are 2 additional bedrooms on the lower that will not be available (this allows us to charge a lower cleaning fee for smaller parties). If you need more space, check out our 4 bedroom listing. Pets: We welcome pets and charge a $75 pet fee. The first pet fee is included in your booking when selecting "pets." Additional fees apply for multiple pets. Well water: The house is on a well. We do have a whole house filter and an additional water filter on the fridge. We test the water regularly and it is safe to drink. But sometimes people notice it can occasionally has a sulfer smell. Kayak/Paddleboard: Please note that the kayak and paddleboard are typically available Memorial Day to Labor Day. If you'd like to use them before/after those dates, just send us a note to double check availability. We're happy to let you use them, if weather permits.
