Ideal starting point for a relaxing, swimming or active holiday with water sports, hikes, excursions and bike tours - during and out of season. A car, bike and scooter rental is 200 meters, a slipway 400 meters away. The apartment is on the first and last floor of a small residential complex, which can be reached via a small lockable front garden (ideal for storing bicycles, subs, air mattresses...), via a staircase. The pool is available from spring to autumn. Four deck chairs and a parasol are included. The residential complex is very well maintained, in a quiet location. The first of three balconies takes you into the spacious living room with a large kitchen, comfortable couch, Tv (with international programs), sound bar, a large dining table, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, four gas rings, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee machines (German coffee machine + Nespresso), kettle and toaster. From here you go to the cozy, sunny main balcony with a large dining table with four chairs and an additional lounge area. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, large wardrobe and small Tv, with access to the third balcony with winter garden including lounge - ideal for colder seasons. Through a small hallway with a very spacious wardrobe-mirror cabinet, (equipped with: ironing board, iron and clothes horse). in the bright bathroom with a large vanity with plenty of storage space and shelves, shower, toilet, bidet, make-up mirror with magnification and hairdryer. The entire apartment is equipped with stable WiFi, German/Italian sockets, fly screens and floor heating. There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room. From the exclusive underground parking space you can reach the apartment directly via stairs. The residential complex in which the holiday apartment Casa Verde is located, is in Manerba, in the immediate vicinity of the lake, with beautiful beaches, cafes, restaurants and all shopping opportunities. The Rocca di Manerba, probably the most striking rock on southwestern Lake Garda, can be reached in 7 minutes by car. Popular places such as Salò, Limone, Sirmione, Bardolino, Garda and the many theme parks can be reached in a maximum of one hour. The Casa Verde is a wonderful place to recover after a turbulent day in a quiet, green oasis, to feel good and relax - for Dolce Vita on beautiful Lake Garda. Please note that it is strictly forbidden to charge the electric car using household electricity.
