Beachfront Condo on Juquehy Beach

Our apartment has 80 m2 of internal space and it is in a condomínium (condo) on the waterfront promenade, with leisure area in the sand, sun umbrella and beach chairs, swimming pool, tennis court, sauna, playroom, fitness, two parking spaces and 24 hour access control. We are close to the "Badauê" restaurant and "Chapéu de Sol pizzeria". At Juquehy beach, there are good options for walks, kayak rentals and surf instructors. For shopping, the beach also offers malls, supermarkets and food trucks. The space The apartment has a nice decoration, two sets of 32 "LED TVs and DVDs, new box beds (suites 1 and 2) and air conditioning split in the three suites and living (URL HIDDEN) kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, cooking utensils and blender. The condo offers swimming pool, playroom, barbecue in common area (apart from rental), sauna, fitness, tennis court and deck área in the sand.This deck has a kiosk, showers, toilets and beach service (04 beach chairs and 01 sun umbrella). Guest access Two vacant parking discoveries are offered within the condo. The apartment is on the upper floor (3.00m from the ground floor) and has access by stairs. Other things to note Bed linen, towel, cleaning products and personal hygiene products are not provided. Housekeeping services during the stay are not included. The Wi-Fi service is via cable and private to the apartment. The download speed is 100 Mega, however during the festive periods at the end of the year and Carnival there may be instability or even temporary absence of signal. The maximum number of guests allowed is SIX (children and adults) We do not accept pets and smoking is not allowed. Once the reservation is confirmed, the guest will need to send photos of the adult IDs and vehicle details that will occupy the two available spaces. This information will be passed on to the security of the Condominium to allow the guest's access. At the end of the year, during the Christmas and New Year holidays (December 15 to January 4), the rental period is at least 10 nights. During Carnival week, the rental period is at least 5 nights. For other dates, the minimum stay is 3-5 nights and the amount per night varies according to the time of year. Please, check the calendar.
