The holiday home offers optimal comfort and is furnished to a very high standard with individual attention to detail. Abundant natural light streams into the house from all sides, and the high ceiling in the dining area creates a feeling of spaciousness and openness. Real wood floors, designer furniture, and the spiral staircase leading to the gallery underscore the elegant character of the living space. For added comfort, there is a sauna and a bathtub in the bedroom. The space The bright ground floor features a spacious living area with a dining area, a kitchenette, a small utility room, and a living area with a sofa and armchairs. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a sauna, shower, sink, and toilet. Two sets of French doors lead from the living area to the terrace. An exterior door from the sauna leads to the courtyard. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor. First, you arrive at a gallery with a small table and two armchairs. From there, you can access the two bedrooms and the upstairs bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 1 has a double bed and space for a crib. It also has a bathtub. Bedroom 2 has two single beds, one of which is located in a built-in wardrobe and has a curtain. Guest access The entire house is available for guests. Only the wardrobes in the bedrooms are locked. Guests are welcome to use the small shed. Other things to note Netflix is ​​available free of charge on the TV in the living room. Electricity is included in the rental price, except for charging electric cars and intensive sauna use (over 20 kWh). Charging electric cars (Type 2 connector) and using the sauna (over 20 kWh) will be charged at €0.50/kWh. Bed linen (made up) can be ordered for an additional €15 per bed. Towel sets (one large and one small) are available for €8, and sauna towels for €5. Alternatively, you can bring your own linen. Setting up and taking down the crib (140 x 70 cm) costs €15 each way. A highchair is provided free of charge. Upon arrival, our caretaker will collect the tourist tax for the municipality of Putgarten. Explanations regarding this can be found in the folder with the operating instructions in the house. Firewood can be purchased from the caretaker at standard market prices.
