Other things to note To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay, please be aware of the following guidelines, which are part of the chalet lease agreement and the resort’s community rules: Deposit & Check-out A refundable security deposit of EGP 5,000 is required and will be returned after check-out if no damages are found. Guests must return the chalet in the same clean condition. A cleaning fee of EGP 450 applies if the unit is not left clean. Guest & Visitor Policy Only registered guests (as per your booking) are allowed to stay overnight. Hosting additional visitors or guests without prior approval is not permitted. Resort Rules & Guidelines Access is limited to residents’ beach only. Marina and owners’ beach are restricted unless accompanied by a property owner. Proper swimming attire must be worn at the beach and pools. No pets are allowed within the resort. Loudspeakers, stereos, or large sound systems are not permitted inside the unit or at the beach. Large vehicles (e.g., buses, microbuses, trucks) are not allowed inside the resort. Children under 12 years must always wear life jackets or flotation devices when swimming. Hanging laundry on balconies or exterior walls is not allowed. Please respect the quiet community atmosphere and follow security and management instructions at all times. Important Notes All payments made through Airbnb are non-refundable if the booking is canceled by the guest. Any damage caused during your stay will be deducted from the deposit.
