The space As soon as you step into this light and bright family home, you will be greeted by the gorgeous open-plan entry and living room. Complete with a cosy couch and a smart TV, this living room is perfect for lounging around in after a long day spent in the sun and surf at Moffat Beach. The space is well-appointed with all the comforts of home including books and board games. Branching off from this living room are two of the three bedrooms, a bathroom, a toilet, and a laundry. The entire main home features ducted air-conditioning, making it cool and comfortable all year round. Bedroom one (master bedroom): Complete with a king bed, this bedroom features plenty of wardrobe space and beautiful windows to let in the local sea breezes. Bedroom two: Featuring a queen bed, this bedroom is tastefully decorated with an occasional chair and a wardrobe storage rack. The open-plan kitchen and dining space seamlessly flows onto the outdoor deck and alfresco area. The kitchen is fully equipped and features quality appliances and utensils as well as a serving window. The indoor and outdoor dining tables feature plenty of seating space for everyone to gather and enjoy each other’s company. The expansive deck beckons you to bask in the beauty of the outdoors. Host a family barbecue or enjoy your morning coffee on the alfresco lounge as the sunlight filters through leafy green trees that shade the beautiful backyard. Separate and self-contained, the kids retreat studio features two sets of bunk beds as well as two trundle beds, sleeping six people in total. This studio is fitted out with a kitchenette complete with a microwave, mini-fridge, and sink. Kids will adore the provided arts and craft supplies as well as games, books, and activities. This room also features a TV, a dining table, and a daybed. The bathroom in this studio is split into a shower and vanity and a separate toilet. This separate dwelling is a delightful retreat for kids that promises air-conditioned comfort, entertainment and their own space. The coastal location of the home provides endless opportunities for beach swims, sandcastle building and sunset strolls. The outdoor shower located down the side of the home provides the perfect place to easily rinse off after any of these activities. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with the exception of the garage. There is free street parking available for any cars you may have. Other things to note *Pet-friendly for dogs - upon application, a $50 pet booking fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats. *We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.) *This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally. *Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
