The house is in a quiet outskirts location. By car you can reach anywhere in the beautiful Allgäu in a short time or the beautiful old town of Kaufbeuren in less than 10 minutes. The mountains, Füssen and Neuschwanstein Castle as well as the old town of Kempten or the Event Big Box are only 30-50 km away. Munich and Augsburg can be reached in just one hour and Memmingen Airport (48 km) and the Skyline Park in Türkheim (19 km) are also not far. You can reach all shops for your daily needs within walking distance and you can reach the next bus stop in just a few minutes. A beautiful cycle/foot path to discover the surrounding area starts right behind the house. Kaufbeurens train station can also be reached in a few minutes by car or bus. You can start your day with a good coffee or freshly brewed tea and enjoy all the beautiful amenities and tranquility of this spacious holiday home. Afterwards you can enjoy a run through the forest directly behind the house or take a trip to the beautiful Allgäu. Villa Goldstück has two separate bedrooms, each with two comfortable box spring double beds. One bedroom also has a smart TV and a possible additional bed for a child. A second large smart TV is located in the open living/dining area. Here you will also find the brand new, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and everything you need to cook and feel good. From the kitchen you can access the large south-west balcony, which is the ideal place to end a fulfilling day. The completely new bathroom is equipped with a shower and there is also a washer-dryer with clothes dryer and iron. Of course, we provide fresh bed linen, towels, a hairdryer and enough toilet paper. With two additional possible sleeping spaces (an additional bed in the first bedroom for a child and a single sofa bed in the living-dining area), the house also offers space for a fifth and sixth guest on demand. Families are warmly welcome. If necessary, we are happy to provide a baby cot and/or fall protection and high chair upon request. There is enough space for your stroller in the hallway. Another highlight of Villa Goldstück is the light-flooded living room on the upper floor. There is a spacious, very comfortable sofa and a large table for working or for cozy game evenings. You will also find a small play corner with a children's painting table and children's books and a Home-Cinema-Screen with Bose Soundsystem here. Free parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Guest access The entire house with balcony is available to you. Feel comfortable and make yourself at home! Other things to note Important NOTE: We provide high quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea awaits you. Late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost. A registration form must be completed before check-in.
