Ocean Front, end Suite 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom Condo. Full Kitchen and dining located on the 4th floor, one floor above the parking deck. Oceanfront balcony is located off the living room and Master bedroom for amazing views - especially sunrise and sunset. Free Parking for 2 under the covered parking garage. Building amenities include an indoor pool, outdoor pool and a lazy river. There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit. 2 elevators in the building - one north and one south The space Two adjustable beds with remote controls - king bed in master bedroom and one queen bed in guest bedroom Other things to note *Only 2 vehicles authorized to use Parking Deck and both must have hang tags displayed at all times. NOTE: Parking Deck height is 6"8". No oversized trucks/vehicles, rooftop carriers or rear carriers are permitted. *NO pets allowed. *Smoking, Vaping and the use of any tobacco products is PROHIBITED at all times in the unit, balcony and property common areas. There is one outside DESIGNATED SMOKING AREA on the ground floor by the south elevator. *QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced and are between the hours of 10:00pm to 8:00am *Absolutely NO parties and no more than 10 individuals in the condo at any given time. *Indoor Pool is open year round and heated Nov 1-May 31 *Outdoor Pool and Lazy River are open April 1 - October 31, closed November 1 - March 31 *Pool Hours are 9:00am - 10:00 pm *Beach access is through pool deck with the exception of the hours it is closed (10:00pm -9:00am) There are public beach accesses directly on both sides (north and south) of the condo building.
