Discover Tutzing from our centrally located home, where you have a private entrance to your own suite. Enjoy nearby parks and shops, all within minutes. Let us make your stay unforgettable! The space Welcome to our little retreat by the lake The suite has its own private entrance, so you can come and go as you like and enjoy your stay completely independently. It’s located in the cellar of our house, but don’t worry, the bedroom has a large window that lets in plenty of natural light, so it feels bright and comfortable. Inside, you’ll find a cozy setup with a separate bedroom, a living area, and a bathroom. The bed in the bedroom (180 cm) is super comfortable, and with blackout blinds you can get a really good night’s sleep. In the living room, the sofa pulls out into a 140 cm bed if you’re staying with more people. The room DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN, but we’ve added the essentials: a fridge with freezer compartment, a coffee machine, and tea. You’ll also find plates, bowls, and glasses — perfect for breakfast or simple meals at home. The suite was newly remodeled in 2024, so everything feels fresh and modern. We live upstairs and are always nearby if you need anything, but otherwise we’ll leave you to enjoy your space in peace. Location You’re in a great spot to get around easily: 1 minute walk to Aldi, Edeka, DM, post office, and KiK 3 minutes to the lake and a playground 4 minutes to the train station Whether you’re here for a quick trip or a longer stay, we hope you’ll feel completely at home. Guest access Guests are welcome to enjoy the comforts of the suite during their stay, however the garden remains a private area for our family.
