Feel at home in my spacious and modern apartment, which offers you a pleasant stay in Olching and Munich: → Central location ( train station 4min walk ) → 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds → Living room with comfortable sofa bed for the 6th guest → ideal for 4 up to 6 guests → Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, Nespresso and more → Large Smart TV → Underground Parking The space You can expect a 100 sqm apartment with a total of 2 bedrooms, 3 comfortable bed and a sofa bed in the living room, kitchen and a bathroom. You can start your day with a delicious Nespresso coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment. In the living room you will find a large dining area for 6 people as well as a cozy seating area with large smart TV. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher and with everything else you need to cook delicious. The bathroom is fitted with a shower. Of course we provide fresh towels and all the important things , such as shampoo and shower gel. There are 2 bedrooms that are equipped with the following beds. Large bedroom ( space for 3 ): - King size bed ( 180x200 ) - single bed. (120x200 ) small bedroom ( space for 2 ): - Queen size bed (160x200) There is also a sofa bed available on living room. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make you at home ! Other things to note We provide you with high quality sheets and towels. In addition, a selection of tea and coffee awaits you in the kitchen. Additional services: - Late check-outs are subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost. - Cleaning during the stay can be booked for an extra charge, A registration form must be completed prior to check-in.
