Cosy Apartment near Oktoberfest/Nymphenburg Castle

The flat has a bedroom with a king size bed, which sleeps 2 and there's a very comfortable sofa bed in a separate room (the orange one in pics) that can host another guest. The building was completed in 2021, so everything is up to a modern standard. I will provide towels and all other necessary essentials for a comfortable stay.
