Le Logis du Pressoir is a large family home. Old house typical of the area, it was completely renovated in 2023. The house is located in the countryside with a clear view of the meadows and the forest. From there, you will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the calm and nature. The space The accommodation consists of the following: On the ground floor: - Large bright living room overlooking the terrace, wood stove, several sofas, armchair, poufs, TV, and dining table that can accommodate 16 people. - A fully-equipped kitchen open to the living room with everything you need (Senseo coffee machine, simple coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, blender... - Separate toilet - Bedroom 1: bed (140*190) with shower room On the first floor: - Bedroom 2: bed (140*190) bed (90*190) - Bedroom 3: bed (140*190) bed (90*190) - Bedroom 4: bed (140*190) bed (90*190) - Bathroom with sink and shower - Separate toilet On the second floor: - Bedroom 5: A dormitory with 4 beds (90 x 190) - Bathroom with sink, shower, toilet, washing machine Outdoor: - Large terrace overlooking the forest and fields, low garden furniture, deckchair, dining table - Petanque court - Large garden with direct access to the forest - Parking For added comfort, we have provided you with a game console (Nintendo Switch 2), dart games, Perfect Darf beer tap for 6L keg, a speaker, various board games, raclette grills... Notes: - The house has a very good internet connection (fiber optic) - Self-service baby equipment in the house (high chair and baby bed). To get the sheets for the baby bed, please let us know in advance. - Wood for the stove is provided free of charge in winter (October to April) - Any request for check-in or check-out outside the indicated times is subject to availability and will be subject to a surcharge. - Bathroom towels are not included in the price, they can be provided upon request. Price: 4 euros per person. - As the house is located in an inhabited area, outdoor noise must stop after 10 p.m. The Logis du Pressoir is the ideal house to discover the region, located between Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo. You can enjoy the calm and at the same time access the iconic places easily with your vehicle. Ideal also for reunions, family reunions but also professional. With its large sleeping capacity, up to 15 people can sleep in the accommodation. A car is necessary to be able to get to the main places of interest, such as Mont Saint Michel 20 minutes by car, Saint Malo and its ramparts, Dinard, Rennes and its historic center 45 minutes, Fougère, Dol and Combourg 25 minutes and many other sites. Not to mention outdoor sports activities such as tree climbing (located 2 minutes away by car) and hiking with immediate access to the forest. Guest access The Logis du Pressoir is entirely reserved for guests, that is to say the entire house with its fenced garden. Other things to note Sheets, bath mats and tea towels are provided.
