Le Logis du Pressoir is a large family home. An old house typical of the area; it has been completely renovated. The house is set in the countryside with an unobstructed view of the meadows and forest. From there you will enjoy the tranquility of the place, the calm and the nature. Things to Note: - The house has a very good Internet connection (fiber optic) - Self-service baby equipment in the house (high chair and folding crib). To get sheets for the folding crib, please let us know in advance. - Wood for the stove is provided free of charge in winter (October to April) - Any request for check-in or check-out outside the indicated times is subject to availability and will be subject to a supplement. - Towels are not included in the price; they can be provided on request. Price: €4 per person. - As the house is located in a residential area, outdoor noise must stop after 10 pm. Le Logis du Pressoir is the ideal house for discovering the region, located between Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo. You can enjoy the calm and at the same time easily access the iconic places with your vehicle. Ideal also for reunions, family gatherings, and business trips. With its large sleeping capacity, up to 15 people can sleep in the accommodation. A car is required to be able to get to the main places of interest, such as Mont Saint Michel, 20 minutes by car; Saint Malo and its ramparts; Dinard; Rennes and its historic center, 45 minutes away; Fougère, Dol and Combourg, 25 minutes away; and many other sites. Not to mention sporting activities in the middle of nature, such as tree climbing (located 2 minutes away by car) and hiking, with immediate access to the forest. Guest access The Logis du Pressoir is entirely reserved for guests, that is to say the entire house with its fenced garden. Other things to note Sheets, bath mats and tea towels are provided.
