Located in the middle point of Seattle and Tacoma, we are close to the airport and wherever you may need to visit. Restaurants/Safeway/Costco just minutes away. The space Custom home on 3 acres. Lots of beds and parking space for big groups. Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout the whole home, central air conditioning/heat. 5 king beds, 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds and 3 folding twin floor mattresses. We can host up to 23 overnight guests. 4 showers/5 toilets for total ot 4.5 bathrooms If you would like to host an event or bbq/grad party or birthday/wedding or family reunion please contact the host and scedhule a tour of the property and discuss the type of event in person. We have hosted many parties/weddings/youth camps/ Indian ceremonies/family reunions in the past. But we do charge additional fees depending on the event and # of ppl in attendance. Contact host to scedhule a video tour or in person tour. Extra fees for more than 16 overnight sleeping guests. We can do up to 23 overnight guests. $50 per extra guest for the entire stay. Guest access Guests have access to the whole home and property. Electronic keypad entry for easy access. Lots of parking space for 8-10 vehicles in driveway and another 40-60 vehicles in the grass. Other things to note Our cleaning crews go above and beyond to provide 5 star cleaning services and do an airbnb enhanced deep clean of the entire home before and after each reservation. No cameras on property currently. We will be adding a security camera system in the future. This property was once an apple orchard before the home was built. There is really old apple/pear/plum/fig trees on the property and lots of other fruit trees planted all over the 3 acres. Summer time you will see roses and flowers everywhere.
