The Charming Cottage is peacefully located in the country 10 minutes from Richlands and nestled behind a tree line for your privacy. The front porch is great for an evening of gathering by the chiminea and fun times. The home is suited for 2 adults and 2 children (4 people max) or just a nice retreat for a couple's weekend and or vacation. 2 bedroom 1 bathroom . Complimentary basket with S’mores, chips and popcorn! Coffee, apple cider and hot cocoa also available. WiFi and smart tvs! The space The Charming Cottage is great place to stay while visiting the area. Its country setting is quiet, semi private and spacious enough to enjoy your stay without the hustle of the suburbs/city feel. Open floorplan home with a flameless electric fireplace. The spacious back yard is a great place to walk your dog or let the kids run free. People & pet amenities, attractive and comfortable furnishings. The space The kitchen has a nice selection and quantity of cookware, bakeware, dishes/ utensils/glassware, and appliances, where you'll be greeted with a welcome basket of complimentary snacks and s’more goodies. You'll find coffees/ teas & accessories in the corner, plus water and spices/condiments in the refrigerator. The living room has a comfy recliner and a couch that reclines . To add to the Charming Cottage feel we have an electric fireplace to make your stay comfy and cozy. The bathroom is spacious with complimentary amenities for showering. Washer and dryer is located here as well with complimentary laundry pods and bounce sheets. We kept decorating minimized to provide a safer and more user-friendly experience, so there is less that little hands, snouts & paws can find on accessible surfaces. We have a front porch to enjoy grilling and chilling while you’re rocking and relaxing during your stay. Make memories while making s’mores in the chiminea. Meanwhile the pups and kids can run in the large front and back yard. The privacy from the tree line Is perfect for relaxing stay. The backyard has a fire pit as well. Enjoy time with your loved ones and make s’mores! Park in a well lit circular drive with plenty of room to park or play! Far enough off the road for privacy. WE LOVE PETS so they are welcome and we include amenities just for them to make your stay with your pet (SA, or ESA as well) easier. Please reach out with any questions. Traveling with children? Guest access The home, driveway and yard. Other things to note *We charge an additional pet fee for pets, but you are still required to disclose all adults, children (under 18), information on pets, and ESAs coming. No exceptions. All pets and ESAs are subject to approval and all guests must disclose any requested information about the animal/s. It is not required by law to disclose if you are bringing an SA, but it would be greatly appreciated if you did; Any amenities we provide for pets or ESA's, we would be happy to provide for your SA, and we recognize the importance of their role. *Once approved, the guest reserving the home will have 48hrs to disclose list of guests, information about pets, and ESAs. *SAs and ESAs may not be left unattended by their owner and must accompany their owner at any time the owner leaves the premises. *We do limit our guests to 4 due to our legal occupancy limit and septic limit. Please no additional unauthorized guests or animals. *Because we are pet friendly, we cannot guarantee an allergy free experience if you have allergies or are sensitive to being in a home where a pet may have been previously. *Security cameras at exterior locations. *No third party or off-site bookings. *No parties. *Retail, business, or commercial use is prohibited to include but not limited to pet sitting, daycare, chef/catering experiences, personal services, parties or events. No glitter. No taping on the walls or ceiling. *There are wooded areas around the house. While at our property is located in the country, you may encounter animals & wildlife, reptiles, or insects, to include but not limited to squirrels, mosquitoes, beetles, spiders turtles, Possums, cats for which we have no control over. Host will not refund or discount for any sightings or encounters. Guest access The house and yard are yours to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note The property line is surrounded by trees with neighbors on both sides. There is a security camera /light on the right side of the house. This camera is for security reasons only. No other cameras on the property.
