Our newly built modern flat invites you to relax at the end of a private road on the edge of the forest. Here fox and hare say good night to each other, yet we are only a few minutes by car from the centre of Innsbruck. Up to 2 parking spaces are available in front of your separate entrance door. The space The flat is equipped with high-quality furniture, you cook on a Bora hob and shower in a palm shower cubicle. The automatic ventilation system allows you to enjoy the fresh forest air throughout the flat. The building is made of solid wood. Heating is provided by an air-heat pump. All rooms have electric shutters. A washing machine is available in your bathroom. A raclette and a fondue ensure some fun evenings with your friends. Guest access You gain access via an access code that opens the motorised entrance door. Other things to note The outdoor facilities will be completed in spring 2024 - we can currently offer a covered seating area under the balcony.
