Please keep in mind that we have a ZERO tolerance policy on any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy - the occupancy listed on the agreement is the only occupancy allowed in the property. No additional guests allowed at any time. Absolutely no parties. NO PETS; Landlord has severe allergies to pet hair and dander. Other things to note We have security cameras outside for the safety of our guests. We also use them to monitor for over-occupancy and parties, which are prohibited. Absolutely no pets, emotional support animals, smoking or vaping of any kind, or substance use are allowed on the property. Guest will be charged full cost of professional smoke or pet dander removal, as well as forfeit the balance of their stay. Owners live next door.
