Your detailed arrival instructions will be sent to you via email and text on the day of arrival. Other things to note POLICIES: 1. Check in is 4pm | Check out is 10am. 2. No Smoking in condo or on balcony. 3. Pets are NOT allowed. 4. Guests of guests are NOT permitted. 5. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated. 6. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation. 7. Parking is free and passes are only required for the following holidays; Mardi Gras Weekend (limit 2), Memorial Day Weekend (limit 2), 4th of July (limit 1), Blue Angels Week (limit 1). There will be a $150/pass charge if they are not left in the condo when you head home. 8. Please Note: Exterior security cameras are present and in place at the front and back of the home for added safety monitoring. Rest assured, your privacy is paramount, and no cameras are installed inside the living areas. Blocking or tampering with the cameras will result in immediate eviction. 9. Right to Enter: Beach Getaways staff may enter the property, with prior notice, for repairs, inspections, maintenance, or management duties. We also reserve the right to enter for disturbances, occupancy checks, or damage inspection. The primary renter is responsible for all guests and must be present for the full reservation term. Exceeding the maximum guest limit is not allowed. *For groups of adults, all guests must be 25 years old and proof of age will be required with a valid ID prior to arrival. **We do require all renters to fill out a rental agreement from our company to protect our condos. If you do not wish to fill out a rental agreement, please do not book this condo. We do not allow access to the property without a completed rental agreement.
