It is especially suited for balikbayans & foreign guests visiting Balangiga to reconnect with family & loved ones in town & nearby municipalities The space This is our Master’s Room, a private, self-contained studio-style space designed for comfort, privacy, and ease—similar to a studio or serviced apartment. The room is 18 sqm (including its attached bathroom) and is part of a 70+ sqm bungalow house. It has direct access from the outside and is also connected to the kitchen and living area through an internal door, offering added convenience and privacy. The Master’s Room has its own private entrance and also features an internal connecting door to the kitchen and entertainment area for added convenience and privacy. During your stay I am not always in town, but I am easily reachable by call or text. My sister manages the property on-site, and a dedicated cleaner services the space on a regular schedule. Other things to note The house is located in Barangay 2 and has two private rooms available for rent. The second room is accessed from the side of the house, and both rooms share the same main gate. The property is conveniently located near the towns of Lawaan, Giporlos, and Quinapondan, and is midway between Sulangan, Guiuan, and Borongan when traveling from Tacloban. To ensure guest safety, property security, and proper coordination of cleaning and maintenance while the host is away, monitoring systems are used in designated non-private areas. There are no monitoring devices in bedrooms or bathrooms.
