It located in an easy access to major highways. close to old town scottsdale, and downtown The space The house just got remodeled with new wood looking tiles throughout all the bedrooms. Great lighting throughout the whole house. Fully equipped kitchen ready to be used. Not a a party or drug friendly environment. Please no outside shoes inside of the house. Recommend to have a pair of indoor slipper to be worn inside of the house. Unauthorized guests are not allowed. Quiet time after 9pm. Guest access The kitchen is free to use but guests must keep it tidy and clean up after using. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms In this house. One master bedroom with its own bath and two other private rooms with shared a bathroom. You are booking one of the full sizes room shared a bathroom with another guest if the other room is booked. During your stay I am only a text message away and always willing to answer questions guests might have, Other things to note NO TV on this Property. Please be mindful to keep the shared space clean and respect other's stay by being quiet. Host provides hand soap, toilet paper and dish soap to guests who stay less than 7 days. The host does not provide shampoo, conditioner, and laundry detergent to all guests. No toilet paper for weekly and long term stay guests since there is a weekly and monthly discount reflect on the price. The check in time is listed as 5pm because the host wont be able to start to clean around 3:30-4 pm due to work. You can check in and leave your luggages or hanging in the common area after 3pm. Or you can check in early if the room is not booked the night before your arrival . Since the check in time is a bit later than usual, it reflects on the check out time to 2pm.
