Available at Easter 3/27-4/1 Cabin in Hemsedal ski lift

Cozy mountain cabin with a free and beautiful location in Holdeskaret in Hemsedal. "Karibu" is the perfect place for those who want things to happen, but at the same time seek a quiet and family-friendly holiday destination with beautiful sunshine on the mountain. Here you have ski slopes and year-round hiking terrain right outside the door. From the window you can glimpse Hemsedal ski resort. The cabin is spacious, well-equipped and cozy, and can accommodate 9 people. The space Karibu has been in the family for 50-60 years. In 2004, the cabin was renovated and extended. It has two living rooms where one has a dining area with room for 8-9 people, a fireplace and a sofa group. There is a sofa and TV in the other. There are 4 bedrooms, two of which have single bunk beds (80 cm wide). One bedroom also has a bunk bed where the width of the lower bed is 120 cm. The largest bedroom has a double bed. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and dining area. The cabin has a spacious entrance and a well-equipped bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and washing machine). There is a patio/porch outside with seating for several. The cabin is located in a quiet and undisturbed area and has a fantastic view of Røggjin and Systerskaret. In winter, you just have to go out and strap on your skis. Here there are groomed slopes to Flævasshytta and Systerskalet right outside. There are over 20 marked top tours in the area. Rjukandefossen is a great nature and bathing place in summer. The ski resort is within walking distance, but it is easiest to drive for 5 min and park in Holdeskardsvegen right by the resort. Hemsedal also has many activities to offer outside the winter season; bike trails, Via Ferrata, golf, summer open lift, Høyt og Lavt, SPA/pool facility of 1000 sqm associated with Fyri Hotel etc. In winter we have an agreement with a snow grooming company and will get guests safely into the cabin. The cabin is located on the mountain, and it is about 15 min by car to Hemsedal "center" with several shops/outlets. The nearest grocery store is at the Alpine resort. There is a private road to "Karibu" which is shared with four other cabins. Guest access The cabin is 107 m2, and all rooms can be used. Other things to note * Not rented to young people. Perfect for one/two families or a responsible group. Age limit 27 years. We would like confirmation of age, number of people and the agenda of the trip ahead of time. *Deposit is required upon entering into the tenancy. *For a lot of snow, there can be some waiting (breeze car) *The cabin is cleaned by a professional cleaning company after each rental period. *Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be rented for an extra fee. NOK 200 per towel/bed linen without bedding and NOK 250 per person with bedding. *Parking right outside or parking space 50 meters from the cabin. *Prices depend on the periods you want to rent and demand.
