Welcome to our cozy and budget-friendly haven, perfect for solo travelers seeking peace and convenience. Enjoy the privacy of your own entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette in a charming studio. This is a flatlet attached to our family home, nestled at the foothills of Table Mountain, this gem offers easy access to the city center and breathtaking hikes. Bus stops are just across the road, and you'll find yourself a quick walk away from enticing coffee shops, restaurants, and the local pub. The space We have a house nestled between the beautiful Table Mountain and overlooking the city and sea. It is centrally located to the City Centre’s nightlife and a 10 min Uber to the V & A Waterfront. The suburb we live in is full of quirky coffee shops with the local pub a short walk away. There are so many parks and green spaces to choose from and it’s so easy to access the mountains from our property. Guest access The Flatlet is self contained and attached to our family home. There is no access to the family home but there is shared access to the front garden and courtyard. The Flatlet is a studio that is self contained attached to our family home. Other things to note We have a beautiful 1 year old Border Collie living in the family home. He is an extremely spoilt king of his castle and you may see him or hear him from time to time. Please don’t feed him no matter how hungry he pretends to be!
