Our HOA is very strict in that regard and will fine the owner if a pet is discovered. We are offering a monthly discount to $2950 a month for the months of December, January and February! We don’t offer that deal except during those months. Get ready to enjoy the outdoor saltwater pool, heated indoor pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna, exercise room with fabulous views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico, ping pong, grilling area, luxurious lobby and plenty of parking in the three level parking garage! Unit #305 has a huge balcony with dining area, lounge chairs and plenty of seating for your whole group! From inside you have incredible views from almost every spot in the place! There are bikes trails all over the island! Adult and kid bikes are available for rent! Guest access We provide beach chairs and beach towels, plenty of deluxe towels and linens, a coffee station with Keurig, an electric grill, TVs in every room, free WIFI and everything you will need for a perfect stay. Other things to note We do not accept Monthly bookings at the rate that pops up between March 1 and November 1st. We may be able of offer a partial discount. To access the exercise room you will need to check in at the front desk, leave your ID and pick up a key. It’s open 7 days a week from 8 am to 10 pm.
